Does anybody know exactly how many RPM’s different clutch kits will raise the engagement on a Scrambler 500? HPD? Hot Seat? ect…

Best way is to put a spring in and check it with a tach. With a 500 you dont really need the high ngagment to get to the power like you do on a 2stroke.What you DO need it faster shift out to hi gear. That is where your tach will help you.Try you a Polaris green primary with a HPD violet secondary set 2-2.

So does one company's clutch kit have a lower engagement than the others?

They will vary some depending on which primary spring they choose to include

Your best bet is to put together a custom kit .Give RcR a call(618-644-3211) and tell Rick what you want out of your machine and he will steer you in the right direction.
