Anyone know somewhere I can get alot of that Polaris Sp-4 oil and oil filter for the pred? Becuase where I am that oil is $7 per quart and the filter is $8...... 2 quarts plus a filter makes an oil change cost me $22. I know I probly sound cheap, but I also have to pay for gas and pay the monthly payment of $139....... Just trying to cut down on the cost a little....

So the question is....

Is there anywhere I can buy like 20 or 30 quarts of that oil for like $2 or $3 a quart and like $3 or $4 for a filter? Or just anywhere I can buy alot of it and save in the long run?

 

Just ask the dealer where he orders all his cases of oil from. I don't think you're gonna get them for $2-$3 a quart, but it may be cheaper then $7. Have you thought about a different oil then just Polaris'? There's alot of companies that make ATV oils, although you won't find it at Wal-mart. Dennis Kirk and Rocky Mtn ATV carry alot of oils and filters......Check them out.....

 

you dont sound cheap, only smart for trying to save money [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Anyways, you should start buying a different brand of oil. Maybe Amsoil or somethin. It may be cheaper, and as good or better quality.

try ordering some after market k&n filters... they are around 4$ a peice... i got like 5 kicking around my house somewhere.
or modquad has a reusable oil filter... you might wanna give him a PM and ask him about it.
