i know you can buy a pitcock for around $100. but why , i spent like 8 bucks , and turned my stock pitcock into a dual line. i oversized my 2 intake holes (be real careful not to drill too far or it will leak in the off position)
then i took a dremel tool to the handle where you turn it on and off and made it so where it would turn where the arrow was pointing to fuel and this opens up the reserve hole and your on hole, so you are pulling through both screens.seems to flow pretty well.and if i switch back to gas the on, off and reserve still work as normal. got some pics up.check em out and tell me what you think!

that was exactly the same mod I was thinking about, My tank will drain with the stock petcock all 3.5 gallons in approx 11mins
How much faster does your dual outlet modded petcock drain? I'd be real curious to know, I think I have to double my output to keep from running out of fuel. Did you try the 90 elbow on the bottom?
thanks

no the 90 degree elbow will not work. it hits the valve cover. and you can't screw it in the side either. it hits the top flange of the pitcock. i can drain a whole tank of fuel in 7 minutes,it takes 5 minutes to pull it down to reserve, and then 2 minutes to drain reserve.

i know you could probably rest good with the modded pitcock but i sure like that pingel pitcock i know i'm getting plenty of fuel, it's my luck i'd be the one to get to close to the edge and leak all my fuel out, when i'm in the middle of the dunes with no one else to give me a ride back.
