stock DS horsepower

I have heard claims ranging from 37 to 48. Does anyone have specs on exactly what is the stock horsepower on the 04 DS racer? Has anyone run a stock DS on a dyno to see ?

Mr. Hp dynoed one at 46hp at the rear wheels. But he said that those were the highest numbers hes ever seen on a bone stock Ds. 40-42hp would be a good estimate.
