Im interested in hearing your opinions on the new ifs.
Is it tippy feeling? Will it power slide? Any unpleasant noises / vibrations /feelings?

i would also like to know, i am trying to decide weather to buy a the new '05 Grizzly or the '05 Kodiak...... i don't need the size of the Grizzly, but if it is a way better ride, i will end up going that route.... let us know Please!!

 

I rode the 05 Kodiak 450 and it is as smooth as my 04 griz. The IRS is awsome. My dealership has a small (I wouldn't actually call it a track) area behind the shop and I rode around it a little. The 450 has pleanty of power and slides very nice around corners. With the IRS, it wants to sway, but if it's the same as my Griz, I have never been able to get the inside wheels off the ground going around corners.
I would bet that in the near future, you will start seeing IRS even on the sport quads. Once you get the springs adjusted for your type of riding, I think you can corner quicker than a solid axle.
