When you keep pressing the throttle for long times, your thumb starts becoming tired, so is there a way to make the throttle weaker so that you do not get tired as you are pushing the throttle.
Thanks.

Try rotating the whole thumb throttle assembly...it may be at the wrong angle for your sitting position. I actually moved mine up further than stock as I do a good bit of my riding standing up.

If you have the TORS eliminated you can take the spring outta the thumb throttle. You don't need it for anything but the TORS.The carb springs will do the job just fine.YOu should try 35 PWK's all day, those stockers ain't nothin'!

The TORS is a Throttle Override System that disables your throttle when it sticks wide open.
If you look on top of your carb, they are attached where the carb top goes. You can see the housing sticking out from the top of your carb. In order to remove them you will need a tors elimitor kit, that you can get from most places.

Once you remove the TORS your thumb throttle will be alot easier to pull because its only pulling one direct cable to the carb as apposed to a linkage point inside the tors housing.
