Default can anyone give me good general info on the 2004 Kodiac?

Hi everybody i was just wondering if the 2004/2005 Kodiac is worth buying. I am going to be in the Rocky mountains in montana doing alot of hill climbing and trail riding. Will this be a sutible quad? Also what is the lowest price do you think I could get for a new kodiac, i am used to dirtbikes and when i saw the m.s.r.p price i was a little shocked! Thanks for the help

the 2005 yamaha kodiak 450 is definatley suited for that. the 2005 models have the independent rear suspension which make the ride alot nicer. it has nice bottom end power and decent top end. its got all the nice features adn we paid $6147 in wisconsin with tax and registration included, oh and if you would like to look at i have a picture of it in my profile. hope this helps
