Default BMW clutch??

Just left the cycle and theives shop. They wanted $244 for new clutch and springs. I had gotten water pump parts from the local BMW shop and they worked great. They want $100.50 for the clutch.
Has anyone used the BMW clutch plates?

I called BMW their's are 7 each. Thaaat could be a problem. Sand how much is a set at your local shop?
I may have to order out!! Sounds like stock w/60% spring is the way to go.

Yep Stock with 60% springs is the way to go. Here in Cali my dealer charges 74.00 plus tax for just the 8 fiber plates. You can also go to alba and get the compete barnett clutch set up for 150.00 Don't use their springs though. Get the 60% springs for them also if you go that route.
