Default 400 EX Rear Bearing Problem

I have a 400 EX and I need to replace the rear bearings but they are not coming out very easily. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get them out?

I think you just have to beat them out but just be carefull that you don/t damage the carrier. you should be able to knock the bearings out from the inside with a big screwdriver !
