Do you need to remove the handle bars to get the body plastic off a 2002 Sportsman 90 ?

 

Yes. Loosen up the controls on both sides, unbolt the bars and slide the controls off one side at a time. Once all this is off you can feed all the controls etc. through the hole in the plastic. Hope this helps.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img]
