Default barnett clutch and 60 percent springs

Hey i was thinking about upgrading to 60 springs with my barnett clutch in the spring some time.... i heard that the actuator has problems with stiffer springs or did they mostly fix that in the 04 models...i also heard that it is very hard to shift with barnett clutch and 60 percent springs? is this true?

I believe BigBaja is running the barnett 9 disk with the RWR 60% springs on his 800 quad, held together for the abuse at 4SW

Hard1 ran the barnett 9 disk with the springs that come in the barnett kit, it did not hold up on his 800 at 4SW

I'm running RWR 60% springs on my 04 and just busted an a tooth off of the actuator last week. I don't hear of it happening all that often so I don't think it is a common problem. I may have just had a bad actuator to begin with. Only one tooth broke clean off while the rest looked good as new.
