Default paint can lid on the HMF endcap nozzle

Hey I just realized that a paint can lid fits on the HMF endcap nozzle just right for going to the carwash, I tried several different caps - wasp and hornet spray, K&N oil, brake cleaner - but this particualr paint can lid seems to fit best!

I used to have one of those tapered rubber plugs made for pipes, but can't find it

I would be interested in getting one of the plugs you mention if they would fit an end cap as its a big hole to keep water out of when washing the bike who sells them ? Any one know of any thing else that fits the end cap ,lids etc ?

I use a tennis ball with a cut in it..The cut allows it to fit better and it works great..this is on a Mod Quad end cap.

Blue250R, Rocky Mt. ATV sells them, they cost around $3.00, tapered fit to fit any open end nozzle, very grippy rubber that stays in place, great for hauling the bike on the trailer in the rain too.
