From what I hear they are all good. I am going to try the EPI maroon and EPI black. My dealer gave me really good prices on them. $15 for the maroon and $21 for the black. I think I will try and install them myself though, my dealer says about $60 for the install as well.

I'm going for a new spring from stock. I like the stock performance but want to try something dif. I checked out the web site in how to change the springs and looks simple enough. Besides changing your own you get the feel of how the quad works. If you pay a dealer $60 to do it your just missing out. What if it's not the one for you?.., you pay money for a new spring and then another $60. I'm doing it myself. I like the idea of the 6 degree key change. Has anyone done this?

Quote form www.700v.com "The secondary spring controls the side pressure on the belt and your backshifting (downshifting). A stiffer secondary spring will put more tension on your belt resulting in less slip and will cause quicker backshifting. The tradeoff is that more tension equals more friction that will rob horsepower"

Not sure, I read this link and am a bit confused myself. From what I'm getting form this is that it tightens the tension on the spring allowing the belt to engage ?harder, quicker? I haven't got a new spring kit yet but would try just the primary spring first, drive the V around and then install the 2nd spring. Not sure how to install that put a manual would do it. All in all dosen't sound like the 2nd spring is needed.
