Have you had a winch installed because the leads could be grounding out causing the death to the battery. Also I would check the the battery leads to see if they have rubbed through again killing the battery. Sounds to me you have a circuit some wheres on the bike causing a constant draw of power. Tell the kid mechanic to get the manual out and start checking the wire diagrams to find the problem.

Any accecssories plugged in like a power cord with a lite on it? If not you probably have a bad rectifier or regulator. Take it to the dealer and have it checked. If you have a manual you can check it yourself with a volt/ohm meter, it's easy.

One other thing this last time I recharged the battery and started it, the exaust blew out stright gasoline, not a little but alot. Rev it up and pure liquid would make a puddle behind the atv, making me wonder if the fuel pump was electric and staying on after the key was shut of or if while trying to charge the battery and turning it on now and then the pump loaded the cylinders?

That is goning to be fun. A signal is given off from the ignition to the computer which in turn send the signsl for the pump to turn on. I would suggest start with the ign. wires see if any have rubbed through and are touching metal causing a bypass of power sending false output to the system causing the punp to run.
