team clutch setup

iwas wondering what setups you guys have inside your team clutchs? mine has a black/ red spring and a 420588 helix . i dont think this is right for my race mod any help would be great

Mine came from HPD with a 70-60-33 and a black/white spring but this is
for a reed converted 250.
