I have a 2000 Sportsman 500 EBS NON HO

It says on the Heel Clicker site that I need a new clutch cover, my dealer says if I have the tube heading up on top of the cover I dont need one.

Can anyone help clear this up?

I think the older clutch covers are smaller and the heel clicker clutch weights will rub it causing a hole. The newer clutch covers being bigger will give you the clearence you need.
