I have a 91 big bear and I just replaced the head as it was nackerd, but all it does is put big flames in the air box?? Are the rocker clearances wrong or the carb out of wack??? Please help[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

If the intake valve is too tight or the valve timing was off...that could cause it.
