Rincons, How good are they? Any major problems?
#3
I've bought a set of 27" ITP 589's for my polaris that I haven't installed yet. How much lift if any will I have to install for these to work on a Rincon. Or would ya'll go with a different model. I've had a lot of different fourwheelers. I am just now really getting into serious muddin and trail riding on fourwheelers. I'm open to suggestions.

If you're into serious mudding I would NOT get a Rincon. Without low range and diff lock, it has to be seriously modded to get it so it muds good. Believe me, I have one. I don't ride mud - mostly trails and that's why I got it.
The Rincon excels in trail handling, suspension comfort, and sportiness. It doesn't do well in steep hills that require lots of slow speed engine braking and heavy mudding. It has engine braking, but only down to about 7mph. Anything lower than that it will be non-existant.
The Rincon is good for what it's designed for - sporty trail riding with a little mud.

Well let me tell ya'll what features I like and ya'll give me some ideas. I do ofcourse like the true four wheel drive on my polaris. It usually has enough power for me. What I don't like about it is when we come off a difficult trail in low and my friends on hondas just hit another gear and take off, and I have to stop, shift into high, and then take off. I like the frame and seat size of my polaris. I also like its aggressive look.
