what is a good low end clutch kit for a scrambler that isnt that expensive? im looking for one that will just blow by other quads of the line, but still have the same top speed.

its a combination that i put together after trying several different setups.

but it would be cheaper to buy the components separately i think. (not including the TEAM setup of course)

If you buy a kit it will come with a new helix and everything else but then if you decide to get a team secondary you now have a useless helix. If you just want a better holeshot try a new primary spring($20). Ask if anyone that got a team secondary still has there helix from the clutch kit they had and try to get that. Then save up for a team roller secondary and you will be all set.

I paid $164 for my clutch kit and now am thinking of buying a team secondary later this year. So I wasted the extra $90+ on a helix I will not need once I get the team secondary.

ya what jimk said,

i ended up buying a few used clutch kits offa ebay, and they had different weights and springs that i played with.

you can find used springs pretty cheap on ebay if you keep a sharp eye on it.

With the stock motor (no pipe) I would go with a Polaris green or Dalton Black/white primary spring and either an Aaen Blue or HPD violet secondary and you will be happy.Totol expense less the $60
