Default How good is your customer service?

I have sent several emails to customer service requesting replacement parts for my KMZ250 but I have yet to get a response back. Does anybody there care about the customer after the sale is completed?

****, every time i call costomer service its always some arab dude that i cant understand, sometimes i like to get a nice buzz and call then just for a good laugh.

Call them on the phone. It's a 1-888 number, so you don't have to pay for the call. They have good service.

I've had nothing but excellent service when I dealt with John. That was 6 months ago though.

we didn't even buy our 50 here but they were more help than the internet place that we did. helped us over the phone trying everything. even called us after hours to see if anything worked!! how could you ask for more!( brand new 50 out of box wouldn't start from high rpm racer)

Here is an update:

They finally sent the thermostat sensor switch, but you can tell it was taken out of another atv.

they sent the outside housing to the water pump, which I did'nt need, and they have yet to include the seals and gasked (what I really need!)

So far it has taken me about two months of phone calls and emails to try and get some service. I am constally being told that they just shipped the parts and they should be there any day now. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

I also have been waiting on warranty parts for far to long, almost 2 1/2 months now. I wish they would take one off another bike. I have called 4 times and was told each time the part would be there in a few days. I still don't have it. I won't buy from them again and wouldn't recommend them at all. I learned my lesson and will buy name brand bikes from now on. It doesn't matter how cheap the bikes are if they don't run.

Who ever is having a problem getting anything from our company please call and talk to me(John). I rarely ever have anyone waiting for anything! And that's even if I have to take it of a new bike! I am sorry about and delays and if you call me on Monday I will make sure that you get anything you need! Kids ATV Raceway ATV

I am not sure who you are calling but we do not and never did have anyone working for us that sounds like the person you are talking about! I am sure there are a lot of people out there that can back me up on that !

I don't want to beat up on raceway just yet but my parents bought two quads from them in sept ,vx-200 and a dpx-200 no paperwork was sent with them . I've gave john the info he said he needed on the 8th of dec.and again here on the 14th they have not responded back other than "we are really busy" I hoped he would give me priority since the purchase was back in sept but that dosen't seem to be the case.I guess "NEW "christmas sales are more important, so i'm not so happy with their customer service. maybe I'll change my tune if I can get some action
