I was wondering if you can remove the baffle out of a 350 rancher without damaging it?and If so, How?

 

Come on this is a freaking ATV FORUM should there be people on here that know stuff about them...ok i'm sorry, just someone tell me something, anything will be good enough

 

YOU can do anything YOU want! What you should have asked is, has anybody else removed theirs?

 

I wouldn.t recomend doing it unless you plan to re-jet and add a filter.Removing the baffles if you can will make more air flow thus leaning up your air-fuel mixture which will lean out your machine.You will have to re-jet to richen it up.

To clarify, your air-fuel mixture will be too lean if you add a free flowing air filter and open exhaust.
