I was wondering if you can remove the baffle out of a 350 rancher without damaging it?and If so, How?

YOU can do anything YOU want! What you should have asked is, has anybody else removed theirs?

I wouldn.t recomend doing it unless you plan to re-jet and add a filter.Removing the baffles if you can will make more air flow thus leaning up your air-fuel mixture which will lean out your machine. You will have to re-jet to richen it up.

now doesnt that sentence contradict itself???

To clarify, your air-fuel mixture will be too lean if you add a free flowing air filter and open exhaust.
