New to the forum. I haven't had time to do any research for performance upgrades to my 03' 600 Sportsman. I've heard good things about upgrading clutch parts, pipe, carb adjustments, etc. Looking for info about such things and good places to buy products too. Any info about synthetic oils and fluids would be great too. Just about any info you guys got or other places to find it would be great. Lots of snow here in Indiana. Welcome to the connection Voodoochild, Here are the hop-ups that REALLY perked up my 03 600. I did them all at the same time so I don't know what gave the biggest increase, but the combined changes made the 600 rip.

Heel Clicker clutch kit $158 Polaris White spring $20

Cold weather carb update kit (jet kit) $90

Unifilter w/oil & cleaner $35

NGK spark plugs 6097 BKR7E $5

Performance mods that have been proven by other members: 800 header & intake, timing advance, ah and there's more. Anyways you came to the right place. The "Search" feature in the Polaris section is a goldmine of information and answers most of your questions.

If you want to go cheap get a EPI pink or maroon primary spring. You wont be disappointed. If you want the whole shabang then the heelclicker kit is it.
