lt80 is chewing up belts....
#1
I got this lt80 for cheap because it would not move at all once started. The belt was broken in it. I replaced the belt and my son has probably put 10 hours or so on it and it did it again. The only thing I could think of that might be causing it is the aftermarket pull starter that is on the bike. Has anyone else had this problem?

The pull start will not be the problem unless it fell apart.
Maintenence the clutchs and you'll find the problem IMO. (Makki's on the right track)
In the front clutch you may find rock hard grease with flat or melted rollers. The roller hub and the roller plate will be no good from nothing working properly. In the rear clutch you may have bearings bad and/or the sliding face bound up.
Breaking belts is a very unusualll thing.

thats right LT the problem is or the rollers, drive plate or the clutch but if you open the CVT cover you will see what is the problem/causing the belt to brake.
If the belt is braking eather he gets stuck or something rips it apart
GOOD LUCK
