Default 1991 Suzuki LT80

I just bought a 1991 Susuki LT80 for my nephew. It didnt come with a manual. I was wondering what spark plug fits it and how much oil it holds? I was also wondering if anyone knew where I could maybe download a owners or service manual of the internet so I could have it right away?

Thank You

Welcome to the ATV Connection forums.
BRPhs I believe is the plug. I use a Iridium plug BR8HIX
By the front sprocket is a bolt that you remove. If oil runs out, the tranny is full. If not, remove the bolt on top of the cases and fill till it comes out (10-40 oil).

If you are just running the thing stock for now........
Plug is a NGK BPR7HS....Less than $3 a plug
A B8HVX is another plug Jack(LT80) gave me. About a $9 plug though.
That will work fine for now, or the one Jack(LT80) mentioned.

As Jack said, the bolt by the front sprocket should be a bolt/phillips head
There should be the same bolt up on top of the case.

Look on E-bay and you should be able to find a decent manual.

In the meantime, do a search of this forum and you can find just about anything you need.
If not, just ask the question, you find lots of help....

Good Luck

I think they recommend a 6 if you ride in really wet conditions
