Just bought a 2001 400 and was wondering if you can upgrade this unit to have the newer engine brake capability.
I really like the ride and feel but hate to ride the brakes even in low on steep downhills. And yes I am engaging the throttle. Thanks again for any feed back.

 

If you find a way I would love to know it. But I dont think its possible without some serious mods. I find that riding the throttle does help a lot, but I wear out some front pads quick. Just nature of the beast I guess.
