I stumbled acrossed this when I was looking at paddles. Sounds like it would be worth a try.

I found some more info on this dial-a-jet. Check out the link on the left too that says U.F.O. That looks interesting too.

Default Dial-a-jet

Alot of guys in the Banshee world use these with alot of sucess. Basically the idea is to jet to the leanest state you would need. Say you were to ride occasionaly at 10,000ft for instance. Then as you move down in altitude you use the DAJ to richen your mix. I will be running these on my shee. They say they also help with throttle response in the drag races due to the extra fuel supply.

Default Dial-a-jet

I had the dial-a-jet at one point in time, worked pretty good with my stock carb, it was nice to just turn the dial one click like when it went from summer to winter for example.

Good strategy for setting tune, instead of 'trying' to optimize dead center.
