Default After regreasing the clutch questions...Grizzly

Hey guys

Finally decided to regrease the primary clutch on my Grizzly 600. Bought an old discontinued Highlifter clutch kit which is just larger diameter 'rollers'.

Very easy job accually, I was surprised. Just couldn't believe how much crap was in there mixed in with the grease.

Heres my question; Should I clean the belt and the surfaces where the belt rides with anything in particular? I was thinking rubbing alcohol but since I'm new to these type of systems I thought someone else knew for sure since my manual doesn't really say.

Thanks guys. Jeff

I use soapy hot water on the belt, and brake kleen on the faces.
