This kid i know says the his 300ex is now a 330ex. He is tryin to tell me that it is bored 240 over. Is he crazy?

 

it could be true

 

They do sell a 330 kit for the 300ex so it's not that crazy. According to dirt wheels mag. it's faster than a stock 400ex.

could be b/c thats about 50 more cc's cause a 300ex is only around 280 cc's

.240 is the same as .24 so ya it is possible

 

remember back in 5th grade when ya learned that the zero's after the decimal don't count ??

.24 is not a very large bore

So i am getting my cylinder bored .800

 

um... if you bored the motor .8 <-- almost an inch! you would wind up with ~ 610 cc sportrax..

Hey proex, if you are refering to Dan, then yes it is a 330, don't worry though he doesn't know how to ride it. His is bored to be 48 cc's (282-330) larger just like mine is bored to be 56 cc's (397-453) larger. Ride Red Man!
