Default Looking at Buying a New 4-wheeler

I`m thinking about buying a new Polaris Sportsman 800 Deluxe. Have there been any problems with these and should I look at any others?

That's as good as they come. If that's the type of quad you want, you only have a few choices......sp 800, can-am 800, ac 700, or the 700 grizz. Of all those I'd choose the sportsman 800. I've had mine for over 3 yrs. and have yet to turn a wrench except a persistent (sp) flat that I took off and had to have the bead cleaned.

What type of riding are you going to be doing mostly?

Upgrade and canam don't really fit do they? LOL. Do yourself a favor and look at the previous machines when you ask a question like this. Notice the "Lack of experience".

Do yourself a favor and look around at ALL the brands. If your going to spend the money on a top of the line quad, you owe it to yourself.

I liked Hondas, but I`ve got a 2002 450S and the motor has been rebuilt 2 times in 3 monthes, so i`m not buying another Honda. I got a price on a Can-Am 800 today for $8157.00. What kind of problems do the Can-Am`s have? Both of the Polaris and Can-Am 800`s are with-in $250 of each other. What are the pros and cons of both of them?

Also, is the Can-Am true 4 wheel drive like the Polaris or is it 3 wheel drive like a Honda?
