dealer offer me a 2006 honda rancher 350 manual shift for $4700. Is that a good deal? Does this bike have enough power? Doe it have a fan or oil cooler? And i would like to hear some reviews?

The 350 is a nice agile good handling machine .It has descent power, and will run trouble free practically forever. The Rancher is the big enought to do the job, but not so big that it is a hulking beast that many utilities are. It has both an oil cooler and a fan.
However $4,700 is to much money! Seeing that the new 420 Rancher has replaced it, it should go cheaper than that. One dealer here has a leftover 06 ES for $4,000 OTD, and that is an absolutely unbelievable price around here.
If you can spare the extra money, take a good look at the new Rancher 420. It is everything the 350 is and more!

Got mine for 3.800.00 2x4 ES. I wish I had gotten a 4x4 however. Here in Idaho, there are many places to ride in the winter, however you can quickly run into snow in the Owyhee mountains. My solution was to give my wife my 07 Rancher 4x4 and I was forced to by me a new Rincon 4x4! Mighty white of me don't you think!

Sounds expensive, but it's a great ride. I run mine in the everglades in south east florida, a mix of trails and mud. it has an oil cooler and fan. If you ride in deep mud watch your oil cooler doesnt become blocked. I have ridden mine many times without any problem whatsoever. Also have ridden Virginia, north Carolina and Tennessee. No problems in high country or cold weather. I got the manual shift and would not go electric shift. don't want shifting problems when i'm away from the levy. I run 26x10x12 and 26x12x12 Mud lites on Maxxis rims. No lift kit needed( i put one on anyway). This is my first ATV and I am completely satisfied with it. The new Rancher is water cooled. anybody having cooling problems after a muddy ride?
Good Luck!
