Default 2002 sportsman 700 help

Ive got a 2002 sportsman 700 everything works well and it runs great except when it gets wet,it seems to miss and the right cylinder does not fire,let it sit in the sun and dry out and it runs great,have checked the spark plug wire and replaced the plug,where do I start [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]any ideas would be greatley appreciated Lee

when you say you checke the plug wire, did you make sure that its not arcing thru anywhere. also make sure the plug cap isnt bad as well. been known to happen. some times on the older cars because we were cheap we would spray wd-40 or a silcone on the wire to act as a water repellent.

Default 2002 sportsman 700 help

I pulled the plug and cranked it it had no spark,and wasnt arking any where?
