96 425 magnum elec problems?

Default 96 425 magnum elec problems?
My high beam and low beam no longer work, radiator fan has quit working and rear break lights also. My battery doesn't seem to be charging, either. Any ideas? Thanks!

Replace all the bulbs and battry and be sure the ground wire is grounded good

The red wire off the regulator has connector that corrodes a lot. Its about two inches from the regulator which is up by the radiator.
