My Neighbor lost his last week. It was a 2006 at 8 months old. Of course he bought an extended warranty. against my advice. Oh well he was right. I will ask what the dealer found/did and try to post back

What do you mean by the rear wheels went out? Do you mean wheel bearings, or the wheels not holding air or bending?
A buddy of mine bent the snot out of one of his rear wheels, but he REALLY smashed it into a rock. We beat it back into shape with a sledge hammer, and he's still running it and it holds air...

Oh. Strip off a drive shaft, axle or something? What exactly failed?
Every one I ride with who has a Rincon has had really good reliability.
How many miles are on your 03? With your lift, tires, and age, maybe it's due for a driveshaft and some axle upgrades...

Man, that's too bad. If you don't get help with the problem here, you might try Highlifter. Lots of people there are familiar with problems that crop up with oversize tires and lift.

It's no secret that I'm no fan at all of the Rincon. I think the whole design concet of a foo foo torque converter automatic trans, makes very little sense in the extreme environments of off-roading (it's the wrong solution to the problem!). So don't anybody make the mistake of thinking I am defending the design of this machine, but I have to say that the machine does have a reputation for reliability, so one has to wonder what you did to this thing yourself to mess it up!
I put a lift kit on my truck. Low and behold, the front drive shafts which are splined into the hugs, didn't reach as well anymore. On the pavement there was no problem, but the first time I hit a bump in 4wd the shafts poped out. I have to imagine that you have done somethng similar, when you put on the lift and big tires.......
