I don't think there is a requirement for a rep to visit a given dealership on a regular basis.Dealer reps have a very tough job.The dealership I work at has Suzuki,Kawasaki,Yamaha, and Polaris. The Kawasaki rep has been ours for many year. The other 3 have been through many reps.I have found some reps come around often, others don't.It might be a personality thing or may be geographic. In the less populated areas, reps may have to travel a lot to see their dealers. They are more likely to visit dealerships near their homes. When it comes time to order new product they ALL show up.Your dealer hasn't seen his rep in 1 1/2 years!!He must not order much product or is hostile to his rep.

not true, the dealership wishes that the rep would come around more, and doesnt know why he doesnt. they are a small polaris only dealership, but them sell quite a bit of machines cause there the only polaris dealer in the area.
