It's an 02 Scrambler 500 HO, bone stock. Low hrs, but looks like the fluids need changed and grease in the joints, etc. I'm gonna get a book for this thing, but any tips to get me started are much appreciated.

 

Buy the book and do the maintanence!

if u go it used change fluids and plugs give it good once over make sure all nuts and bolts are there check cables and filters. check oil and diff fluids for metal frags, give u idea if somethings broke or gonna be. drain plugs have magnets so check em out

 

Thanks for that Danny! This is the kind of info I can use. Saves me having to go get the magnetic plugs, I run them in all my toys so it's less to buy. Anyone have a favorite fluid to run in the front diff? Is there anything to be serviced in the front hubs? I have a book on order, but it won't be in for a week or so.
