Default Polaris brain buster RUNNING RICH!!!!!

I'm working on a Polaris Big Boss 6x6 and it is running rich. I replaced the needle valve because it had worn square. The new seat is not copper. It is a 1.5 needle because of the fuel pump. Anyways I've checked the fuel level with clear line off of the drain and it does not change when I adjust the float. The float I have also tested and it does not leak. Could the oring on the seat be bypassing? I filled the carb and tried blowing through the inlet and it doesn't seem to pop off. So I don't belive it is leaking. I have also tried changing the enrichment valve to see if it was leaking by and it aint. It will idle but start to pool up on the bell end of the carb. One thing about it is I don't have a manual for the float's actual level it is on order. If someone has a suggestion please help!!!

PS the machine is stock and so is the jetting. And I have soaked and cleaned the carb twice.

I would say either the float is sticking or it's not shutting off the fuel with the needle. Make sure the float floats as well, I've seen that before.

the angle of the float to the needle valve is pretty sharp the last one had the sides of the needle worn off and the seat was square. The float does float ive tested that. Any Idea on what the float height is supposed to be?
