Default 05 400 sportsman's destruction

my 05 400 is falling apart at the rear control arms and carrier, and front a-arms!!!!getting costly....firstime braking, the rear left control arm boke off the mounting bolts and sprung the arm....nextime out-broke the right side bolts off in the carrier.<during my inspection i found a bent left rear shock>.next run broke the front left dampner spring.replaced it. the nextime out<2day>broke the front left a-arm, and drive shaft broke.??????any food 4 thaught?i torque everything 2 spec's!!!!thinking loc-tite the bolts on control and a-arm's????the last 2 rides i did use the awd.<i hardly ever put in awd> also i've been using synthetic grease for lubing and put a new set of swamp fox tires in stock size.

yes SIR,I am catching some air.i ride at Apex"9,500"Achre's of the worst whoop's-There everywhere,i did change the rear shock adjustment setting<softest>,and tightened the front adjustment setting<med>.about a year ago,i had a big-air incident, had the rear tires over the front tires and landed 40ft.down the hill.my riding partner took a spill on his yz250,i had to bail,it wasnt right-front flipp'in is not my thing.scared the heebe's out of me.i ride 3-4 days aweek during the hot season-that's 9months.than 1-2 day's aweek during winter.

Well don't take this the wrong way, but remember you are launching 800 pounds of machine plus your weight at speed. I'm not sure how much of that the bike will take but I guess you're figuring it out

due respects,i've been work'in this 800+ 150lbs. rider,it's like break'in a wild burro-donkey thats mature.who's boss?hogg800+ is...but i've also learned the finesse side of it 2.everybody is right in the weight factor.it's just held togather so well, never left me stranded.saterday it happened-Stranded me! with no way out.............when the rear carriers and control arm broke.i winch cabled it too get out.i think the bolts/nutz's are vibrating loose, evan tho i use blue loc-tite,thinking red,or catapillar green loc-tite
