i just put on a HSP can and i have a dynojet kit for a air filter. i get a lil popping when i let off the throttle. and the ocassional flame. is this a big prob or no. i just rev'd it. i havent ridin it yet its -5 here so too cold. also i now have a little leak where the head pipe connects to the main pipe. i can grab and pull the pipe and it stops. if i let go it slowly comes back. any suggestions to fix that too.

nha thats fine i race micro sprints and when you put performance parts on and high compression stuff it backfires like that. you should see the 600 crotch rocket engines shoot a flame from the methanol. the slingshots i used to race did that 2 they had a v twin briggs engine 600 cc on methanol also backfired. its fine.
