90cc arctic cat carb

Just got 2002 90cc 2 stoke wont run unless air fuel screw all the way in and it still dies and backfire alot.Can any one help

Sounds like it is not getting enough gas..Clean the carb and make sure you are getting good fuel flow from the tank to the carb..
