I just tore down the top-end on my 92 Mojave. I noticed that it had lost some power over the last year or so. The cylinder doesn't show much wear and the piston looks good, so I'm just going to replace the rings. The timing chain is stretched out and needs to be replaced because it's throwing cam timing off. I will also be replacing both cams and head gasket My concern is about which cams I will use, stock or aftermarket? Can anyone tell me about there experence with different cams, Pros and Cons. Also price differences from stock and aftermarket. And where to buy! I,m not looking for a hugh Hp difference, just that Hp it use to have,{it's my wife's quad now}. Where is a good place to buy these parts, my area dealers have disappointed me to many times in the past. Thanks for your replies.

I was told that the stock cams are good low end cams, i.e. wooded trail cams, and not to change them unless your looking for top end HP. Also use the Kawasaki head gasket not aftermarket. Have you changed the exhaust? I recommend the Supertrapp.

I like the Mega Cvcle cams that White Bros. sells. It is a billet cam so there is no core charge. It is a all-around cam.
