Put some Ricochet skid plates on my '07 Wolvy
#6
What technique do you use to get it up on it's back wheels?Do you have to drain the gas tank first?I want to install a set of skid plates on my Wolverine, and having it upright looks like the easiest way to work on it.

just turn the gas off under the tank....and lift it straight up. i do lots of my work on mine standing up...brakes,front diff work, way easier.....i find i can lift it up myself if the front wheels are off, if not i need help.....
atvoutfitters rocks.... Mat is a great guy to deal with and there prices are good. i got my locker from him....only thing i do not like about the richochet is the bolts are not set in......they stick out....wonder if they would get banged up

I had the luxury of using the winch on my other four wheeler...made it very easy. Hooked the front bumper from behind and pulled it onto the rear. It's the only way to work underneath them. I can hang my Honda from a tree on my property with the winch to work under it. LOL
If you look at the last two pics, you can see my rope attached to the Wolvy.
