My lights blink after they have been on awhile. I thought I had short and the vibration of the engine made them blink. This was not the case because they continue to blink wit the engine off. I have traced all the wires and all connections are tight. Any Ideas?

 

do they have any relays that maybe be getting hot and breaking down.
