Default 04 sportsman 500 gear case help

alright people... ive got an o4 sportsman 500 H.O. that had 2 gears in the rear gear case shred to pieces.

I need to replace those two gears but they are to pricey brand new.

i was wondering if anyone knew of a place where i could get them used.

i have already called the atv strip it place in alabama and they are going to get back to me on it because they are going to see if the older year models will do the trick. adn i cant find snything on ebay.

the part numbers are:

3233365 gear, 16t, spiral bevel, snorkel
3233476 gear, 31t, snorkel

i got those part numbers and names from the oem diagrams online.
any help with this little dilema im having is greatly appreciated.

its going to be hard to find some one (unless they have a blown one) to slit the tranny to take out the gears to give ya. if you didnt find any in the atv junk yards then it propbaly quicker(not cheaper for sure) to just buy new ones to put it back together. imo.

I replaced all the bearings and gears in my '02 - the gears I got off of Ebay (when I got the quad, it had lived in the mud and the gear teeth were worn so badly they "howled")
Lot's of the "guts" in the gearcases are the same from year to year, for the most part, little differences like electrical components make the external different.

http://parts.polarisind.com/Browse/Browse.asp - Polaris has a neat little "tool" next to the part break down that will show you what years/models use the same parts - next to the part description is a link USAGE.
