I replaced my starter last week, and now when I go to start the machine it sounds as though the starter has a winding noise for 1.0 sec after the engine is running.
I'm just wondering what is the winding noise now. Sounds like starter doesn't stop. HELP

 

I dont know what it is but mine has done it for about a year now and it seems ok.

 

It just seems strange since the old one didn't do it.
Contacted the dealer from e-bay and they are sending out a new one.
They want the old one back for testing.
It's annoying and I sure don't want trouble latter if you know what I mean.
