just got a 07 rapture 700r, reverse was working fine, now it stopped......any ideas?

i have never ridden a raptor. is the reverse like the older big bears with the cable? my 99 big bear has to be in neutral then you turn the **** then shift down and it goes into reverse. when you turn the ****, it pulls the reverse cable and it attaches on the passenger side of my clutch cover case in the upper left hand corner.

if it is cable driven, check the operation of the cable. the adjustment nut could be loose, the cable could have finally stretched and needs adjusting or the cable is broken somewhere.
