Lift up the front end and try to wiggle your front wheels. I bet you'll find that your front bearings are shot and the wheel wobbles easily. This will push out the brake pads whil riding - causing you to have to pump them to get them to grab again.

The same thing is happening to me and my 2008 Suzuki Ozark 250. At first I thought a stick or something must have poked a hole in the break line but I checked everything over and it was fine. Do you think my front bearing could be shot even though I got the ATV about 2-3 months ago??
