Fushin ATV
#1
Hello all
I just bought a used Fushin Atv for my kid,Knew it was a fixer upper goin in.Ive got no spark but everything else checks out so far.I removed the coil and stuck my meter in the 2 wire connectors I unplugged the coil from and I only 0.03 volts when turning over the engine.this leads me to believe the condenser is bad.where do I find parts for this thing either locally (South Carolina) or on-line.Any help you can give is appreciated. Also any ideas on my electrical problem are welcome too.
P.S
where might I find a manual or schematic for this thing.thanks

Thank you,I did not see my brand on the parts list for the site you gave me but will call them monday, also the rear kill switch was not making contact, fixed that I now have a spark but looks weak to me,put volt meter in spark plus connector to see what i was geting, turn motor over spiking at 18.34 volts very brefily and as low as 8.19 .any ideas would be a help.
p.s
took off carb and cleaned it put it all back together and still wont start.sounded like it wanted to try but never saw any exhaust from the tile pipe during this process leads me to believe spark not strong enough.

Well, found a parts place in Anderson SC and went and bought a new ignition coil, spark is much stronger than it was but still wont crank.Gonna try to find a wiring diagram for this bike,it is just some simple loose wire somewhere I think.

ok. So just to clarify... you have spark, you've cleaned the carb but the bike won't run? Will the engine turn over when you hit the start button or does nothing happen at all? Which side of the carb is your air/fuel screw? Is it on the intake manifold side or the air filter side?

try this website for parts motopartsmax.com they have allot of fushin parts although i can't find an exhaust for my 50cc. Any help would be appreciated. I know this doesn't sound right but did you unlock it first? I had a coil go bad an d when I replaced it I couldn't get it to start until I did. good luck.
