starter solenoid

Default starter solenoid

i think my starter solenoid is dead...headlights and everything work when key is on but it doesnt start i checked fuse's ,connections ,battery.....i tryed to clean the start button as much as i could and nothing im really stuck here

Default starter solenoid

Is it 'clicking' when you press the starter - if it is - then it is likely your starter brushes that need replacing

Default starter solenoid

no clicking or ne thing ...i can use a screw driver to jump it on the solenoid...does that mean its bad?

yep.....unless its not getting powered up by the starter button for some reason
the honda cylinoid would be a better part ,but you could get a cheap one for a lawn mower ,and it will work
