2004 sportsman 700 idle speed

does anyone know were the idle speed adjustment screw is located on the carb,my freinds 700 idles to slow when its cold out and keeps stalling. any help please.

2004 sportsman 700 idle speed

should be the big philips head screw w/ the spring on it on the bottom of the carb. thats the idle adjustment
